RETURNS, EXCHANGES, DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
Products purchased at a full, discounted or sale price can only be returned if defective or if otherwise required by law.
All masks are strictly non refundable due to hygiene
You can return any full priced product within 30 days of purchase if the item is unopened, unused, in as new and saleable condition, provided that you have arranged this in advance with us. To arrange a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. You must not attempt to return any products before having first arranged a return with us. Where we accept such returns, you agree to follow any directions regarding postage and packaging in relation to the item in question.
Where your product arrives damaged through delivery, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We may require you to provide us with photographs of the damage for our further assessment. We will liaise with you to discuss the return process for damage that we believe was caused during delivery.
We will be under no obligation to replace products or provide a refund where the product has become of unacceptable quality due to circumstances such as misuse, failure to use in accordance with reasonable instructions, using the product in an abnormal way or failing to reasonably care for the products.
PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK
We reserve the right to notify you if a product that you have ordered becomes unavailable. In the event that you order a product from the Website and we later inform you that we no longer stock the product you had originally ordered, we may at our election give you a refund or a store credit for the purchase price.
The concept of Kokosfell was first brought to life over a few beers between good mates on a beach back in Bali 6 years ago.
That spark got our founder and creator Chad Perry set with the intention to bring out natural, hand crafted and sustainable skincare that was luxurious, stylish, affordable and most of all felt incredible.
Working the 9-5 grind as a carpenter on the Mornington Peninsula just wasn’t enough to drive and feed the passion Chad once had, and so Kokosfell was born.
Chad’s vision of ‘Bringing out the best version of you’ is aimed at making you as an individual feel confident and flawless in your own skin, no matter what the day will throw at you.
Fast forward 6 years and in June 2021 Chad made the decision to move Kokosfell’s HQ to Bali, Indonesia. This meant having the ability to oversee all production and ensure the highest of quality is always being maintained. With our products being hand crafted Kokosfell hopes you will feel the heart and soul of each in them.
Chad met Tess in 2019 and with her bubbly personality and infectious smile it was evident that Tess was here to stay. Tess naturally became apart of Kokosfell bringing qualities that only enhanced our brand.
With a background in production and customer service, and a passion to provide a quality customer experience, Tess has welcomed all new and existing customers to become apart of the growing Kokosfell family and follow our journey together.
Chad & Tess have a beautiful daughter Violet Rose, who is quite the character always making her mum and dad laugh. It is never a dull moment with Violet.
